Mark Wilner

Program Manager

Mark Wilner is the Program Manager for the USDA TARGET Center and works daily with disability issues for the department. Mr. Wilner began working for the Center while it was in the early conception phase and was active in its implementation. Mr. Wilner provides support to employees with disabilities nationwide through evaluations, demonstrations and resource information.

Mr. Wilner is an active member of the Association of Persons with Disabilities in Agriculture, a mentor on the Secretary's Advisory Committee for Employees with Disabilities pilot mentor program and is a member of the Universal Access Working Group (UAWG).
