Mediation Services
Oregon Law requires that couples with children deciding to divorce first go through a mediation service to resolve issues of child custody and visitation rights. Financial mediation for divorcing couples is also available.
Services - Mediation services are provided for parents who are disputing custody or visitation of their children, and for people having financial issues to resolve during divorce.
Who is served: Divorced, divorcing or never married couples court ordered or voluntarily seeking mediation and individuals using the small claims court.
