Under Secretary Mancuso Visits Silicon Valley

On January 17 and 18, Under Secretary Mancuso met with Silicon Valley technology and academic leaders to discuss continued U.S. technology leadership, economic competitiveness and national security aspects of technology transfer. In addition, Under Secretary Mancuso delivered the keynote address at the TechNet Conference on January 17.
