- Announcement regarding Contractor Performance Evaluations - beginning in 2008, contractor performance evaluations will no longer be entered into EaTIS. They will be entered into the National Institute of Health - Contractor Performance System (NIH-CPS), a system that is already in use by Federal agencies. Contractors must register in this system in order to review and respond to their evaluations. Following is a link to the site at which contractors can begin the registration process: https://cpscontractor.nih.gov. Once registered in the system, contractors will have access to resources such as a user's guide as well as frequently asked questions.
