Notice is given that the following applications are accepted for filing.  Because they are in conflict
with an application previously accepted for filing and subject to a cut-off date for conflicting
applications, no application which would be in conflict with them will be accepted for filing.

Petitions to deny these applications must be on filed with the Commission not later than the close of
business on the cut-off date .

Minor amendments to these applications, and to the one they are in conflict with, may be filed as a
