Grand Canyon Rocks program
Our 2 1/2 hour geology program takes place along the rim near the Grand Canyon Village and is accessable to wheelchairs.
This is a two-hour version of Dynamic Earth. Eliminating the fossil activity, this program focuses on the geologic processes that formed the Grand Canyon. It includes a 1½ mile hike along a paved portion of the rim trail. This program is suitable for those traveling on the Grand Canyon Railway and it is also wheelchair accessible.
