Notes: Data are taken from 14 different locations: Belgium, Kazanlik (Bulgaria), Olomouc (Czechoslovakia), 6 cities (France), Osnabrück (West Germany), Hoyerswerde (East Germany), Gyoer (Hungary), Lima-Callao (Peru), Torun (Poland), 44 cities (United States), Jackson (United States), Pskov (former Soviet Union), Kraguijevac (Yugoslavia), and Maribor (Yugoslavia). All data include the population between 18 and 65 years old. Changes in time dedicated to sleep and leisure are statistically significant at the 95% confidence level, as opposed to all other categories
