Judgment of Permanent Injunction and Other Relief Entered Against Defendant Thomas L. Bojadzijev

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced that on January 3, 2007, the Honorable Gregory A. Presnell, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida, entered a Judgment of Permanent Injunction and Other Relief against Defendant Thomas L. Bojadzijev. The Judgment, entered with Bojadzijev's consent, without admitting or denying the allegations of the SEC's complaint, enjoins him from future violations of Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, Sections 10(b), 13(d) and 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and Rules 10b-5, 13d-1, 13d-2 and 16a-3 thereunder. The Judgment also bars Bojadzijev from participating in an offer or sale of a penny stock. In addition, it provides for disgorgement and the imposition of a civil penalty in amounts to be determined by the Court upon the SEC's motion.

The SEC commenced this action by filing its complaint against Bojadzijev, among others, alleging the defendants violated the registration, anti-fraud, and reporting provisions of the federal securities laws.
