PROPOSED FINAL AMENDMENT TO 10 CFR 50.72, "IMMEDIATE NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATING NUCLEAR POWER REACTORS," AND 10 CFR 50.73, "LICENSEE EVENT REPORT SYSTEM"

During the 470^th meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, March 1-4, 2000, the Committee heard a status report concerning the proposed final amendment to 10 CFR 50.72 and 50.73. The Committee had reviewed and commented on a previous draft of the proposed amendment during the 460^th ACRS meeting on March 10-13, 1999. During its 469^th meeting, February 3-5, 2000, the Committee reviewed the proposed final amendment. Subsequently, the Committee has decided not to comment further on this matter.
