Modifying a Saved Search Strategy

  • Saved search strategies cannot be edited.
     
  • To modify a strategy, re-run the strategy with your changes.
     
  • Use Save Search to save the modified strategy.

Deleting a Saved Search

  • From your list of My Saved Searches, select the search strategy you wish to delete using the checkbox.
     
  • Click on the Delete Selected button at the bottom of the page.

Using Search Statement Numbers in Saved Searches

  • My NCBI allows you to save searches with History search statement numbers (#2 OR #3) AND #1.
     
  • Be aware that the My NCBI default search name does not include any Boolean operators and search tags, if entered.
