I think you may find some useful information on this listserv but there is
also a listserv called TESLK-12 that is speciically geared to K-12 ESL
teaching. To subscribe send an email message to: listserv@cunyvm.cuny.edu
Then in the letter type: subscribe teslk-12

This list is sometimes slow during the summer because teachers are off but
if you post a question you'll nearly always get some answers.
