	I am pleased to invite applicants for the 2003 National Institute For Literacy's ESL Special Collection Mini-Grants. The ESL Special Collection mini-grants are designed to help adult literacy teachers develop ESL materials for inclusion on the ESL Special Collection. The Mini-Grants are for $500, and four grants are expected to be awarded.
