This is to advise you that the Commission has not objected to the proposed plan to issue a proposed rule to revise 10
CFR Part 76.
On page 2 of the Rulemaking Plan, in the first bullet, line 18, insert 'In addition to safety related items' at the start of
the new sentence and change the 'U' in 'use' to lowercase. In line 19, replace 'would mainly be focused on' with 'could
include.'
