1. On page 1, Summary paragraph, revise line 6 to read ' ... increased to $95.8 94.5 million per ....' Revise line 8 to read ' ... change of 14.2 12.59 percent in the ... (CPI) from December 1997 September 1998 through ....'

2. On page 2, paragraph 1, revise line 7 to read ' ... $300 million (which, as the statute requires, reflects the maximum commercial insurance available effective January ....' Revise line 9 to read ' ... plan. These limits on secondary financial protection are currently ....'

3. On page 3, revise line 3 from the top to read ' ... change (since December 1997 September 1998) in the CPI ....' Revise line 5 from the top to read ' ... December 1997 September 1998 through March 2003 is 14.2 12.59 percent.' Delete the sentence in lines 5 and 6 (This number is derived ... CPI index.)
