This is to advise you that the Commission has not objected to the Director
of the Division of Waste Management sending the proposed letter to the
Department of Energy providing the results of the NRC staff's review of
the Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory draft incidental
waste determination regarding the closure of the Tank Farm Facility.
