WITH THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA |
The Commission has approved the proposed Agreement between the State of Oklahoma and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission pursuant to Section 274 of the
Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, as described in SECY-00-0166, subject to the attached changes and edits. In future staff papers on Agreements with
States, a brief summary of the NRC resources anticipated to be devoted to facilities in that State, even with the Agreement in effect, should be provided.
