| SUBJECT: | STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-00-0001 - PILOT PROGRAM FOR NMSS INITIATIVE ON STREAMLINING INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT |
The Commission has approved the staff's plans to implement the temporary instructions and proceed with the pilot program for nuclear medicine to streamline inspection and enforcement subject to the comments provided below.

Since staff being interviewed are licensee personnel, the individual(s) should be knowledgeable with respect to management reporting levels and mechanisms.
