The Commission has approved denial of the petition for rulemaking and publication of the Federal Register notice announcing the denial. The Federal Register notice and the letters to the petitioners should be modified as indicated in the attachment.

Changes to the Federal Register Notice

1. On page 1, revise lines 11 and 12 to read ' ... the ACNP/SNM had many opportunities every opportunity to present all of their concerns ....'
2. On page 2, revise line 1 to read ' ... present any significantly new information ....'
3. On page 9, revise item (2) to read ' ... the ACNP/SNM had many opportunities every opportunity to present all of their concerns ....'
4. On page 9, revise item (3) to read ' ... present any significantly new information ....'
5. On page 9, last line, replace the period at the end with a colon.
6. On page 12, in the 1^st indented section of text, at the end of the last line, delete the comma and the quotation mark and insert a 4^th period.
7. On page 12, 1^st full paragraph, revise line 4 to read ' ... Part II - General Issues, E. Training and Experience A. Risk, Issue 7, as ....'
8. On page 13, at the end of the last line, delete the three periods.

Changes to the Letters to the Petitioners

1. In paragraph 3, revise line 5 to read ' ... the ACNP/SNM had many opportunities every opportunity to present all of their concerns ....'
2. In paragraph 3, line 6, insert a comma after 'and'.
3. In paragraph 3, revise the last sentence to read ' ... present any significantly new information ....
