ACRS Subcommittee Meeting Preliminary Agendas

Planning and Procedures

  • The Subcommittee will discuss proposed ACRS activities and related matters. A portion of this meeting may be closed pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(2) and (6) to discuss organizational and personnel matters that relate solely to internal personnel rules and practices of ACRS, and information the release of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.

Power Uprates (Vermont Yankee)

  • November 15-16, 2005
  • Quality Inn & Suites,1380 Putney Road, Brattleboro, Vermont (Caruso), 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Grand Ballroom.
  • The Subcommittee will review the application by Entergy Nuclear Northeast (Entergy) for an extended power uprate for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station.

Reliability and Probabilistic Risk Assessment

  • November 17-18, 2005
  • 11545 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD (Thornsbury), 8:30 a.m., Room T-2B3.
  • The Subcommittee will discuss the details of the Standardized Plant Analysis Risk (SPAR) program.

  • The Joint PRA/HF Subcommittees will examine current status of human reliability analysis, including ATHEANA, SPAR-H, and industry approaches (if available).
