Subject: MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT FERMI
Discussion:
On May 16, 2000, several senior management changes which had been
announced months earlier became effective. These changes were the
promotion of Douglas Gipson from Vice President, Nuclear Generation to
Executive Vice President, Power Generation with oversight of nuclear and
fossil power generation, and the promotion of William O'Connor Jr. from
Assistant Vice President, Nuclear Assessment to Vice President, Nuclear
Generation (the site Vice President). Also, Stanley Stasek was promoted
from supervisor of the Independent Safety Engineering Group to Manager of
Nuclear Assessment, assuming most of Mr. O'Connor's previous
responsibilities.
