This field report (completed by consultant Cambridge Systematics) emphasizes need for coordinated and expanded transit services in the Eastern Sierra. The report is the result of an interagency and multi-organizational effort spanning several years of joint planning. ESETS core stakeholders consist of the Forest Service, National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, several counties and cities in California and Nevada, CALTRANS, and a score of other organizations, companies, and community groups.
