Engineering Services Section

Under the leadership and direction of Rick Brater, the Engineering Services Section is responsible for the design and construction of roadways, drainage systems, and bridges that are located in the maintained rights-of-way, and the effective and efficient delivery of the Road Services Division Capital Improvement Program (CIP).

The Engineering Services Section provides services in the following areas:

The Engineering Services Section is comprised of the Section's Administration Unit, Bridge and Structures Unit, Project Management and Design Unit, Construction Services, Project Support Services, and the Environmental Unit.
