Achieving Excellence in HVAC Design VideoGSA's Office of Design and Construction Programs established the Design Excellence Program to develop outstanding federal buildings and courthouses. The design of the HVAC system in these buildings is a critical element in determining the thermal comfort, indoor air quality, energy efficiency, cost of maintenance and overall tenant satisfaction. As a result, excellence in the design of the HVAC system is central to the goal of building excellence. This video is intended to provide information to assist architects, engineers, and GSA project managers to achieve HVAC excellence in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of new and renovated federal buildings and courthouses.
