Current Hazards
  • Watches, Warnings   - Watches, warnings, and advisories for the Northland
  • Outlooks   - The Storm Prediction Center (SPC), part of the NWS, provides timely and accurate forecasts and watches for severe thunderstorms and tornadoes over the contiguous United States.
  • U.S. Hazards   - An advance notice of potential hazards.
  • Hurricane Info   - National Hurricane Center, Tropical Prediction Center.
  • eSpotter  - An online system for spotters and observers to send severe weather and snowfall reports to the NWS.

                   Skywarn - Information about the Skywarn program and how to                become a Skywarn Spotter
  • Weather Radio  - NOAA Weather Radio is a nationwide network of radio stations broadcasting continuous weather information direct from a nearby National Weather Service office. NOAA Weather Radio broadcasts National Weather Service warnings, watches, forecasts and other hazard information 24 hours a day.
  • EMWIN  - The Emergency Managers Weather Information Network (EMWIN) is a suite of data access methods which make available weather and other critical emergency information.
  • TADD  - Turn Around, Don't Drown - A national campain to inform people of the harazard of walking or driving through flood waters.
