Records Management Assistance
We offer many records management services to our Federal customers. We can come to your agency, work with your staff to assess your needs, and recommend solutions. We also provide information by phone on such topics as schedule implementation, records transfer, and other basic records issues.
We can also work with you in cooperative partnerships. Targeted assistance partnerships address complex records management issues. Other, less formal, partnerships address a variety of issues over long, or short, periods of time. For example, we can help you design a filing system, develop records management policies and procedures, and implement an electronic recordkeeping system.
