Climate of 2004 - February Oklahoma

As noted by the Oklahoma Climatological Survey (Gary McManus),
- three significant snowstorms struck the state during February
- the statewide average precipitation was above normal for the second month in a row -- first time since July-August 2002
- February temperatures were well below normal
