The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

- non-governmental organizations
- professional interest groups
- international organizations
- academic institutions, and
- foreign governments.
Upon request, CDC may provide:
- Scientific consultation and technical assistance
- Disaster training
- Specialized lectures on epidemiology in disaster settings
