Special Initiative on the Muslim World

Mecca, Saudi Arabia The U.S. Institute of Peace has launched a Special Initiative on the Muslim World that will address a broad range of political, social, cultural, and religious questions, many of which have come to light in the aftermath of the September 11 terrorist attacks.


The Institute Welcomes New Directors

Afghan Women in Government and Society
