          By letter dated March 14, 2002, [Redacted] sought administrative review of a decision by United States Trustee [Redacted] to suspend [Redacted] from the chapter 7 case assignment rotation for a period of six months. I have received a copy of a letter from [Redacted] to [Redacted], dated April 23, 2002, stating that [Redacted] has resigned from the panel of chapter 7 trustees effective immediately.
