OSM Fact Sheet April 25, 2002 OSM AWARDS CROW TRIBE $72,832 TO ASSIST IN REGULATING SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is providing the Crow tribe with a $72,832 grant to help regulate the surface effects of coal mining on tribal lands in Montana.
