OSM AWARDS ALABAMA	 $591,082.00 TO ASSIST
IN REGULATING SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING

The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement 
(OSM) has awarded Alabama a $591,082.00 grant to help the state's coal regulatory 
administration and enforcement program.

The grant will assist the state in regulating federal and non-federal lands.
