OSM Fact Sheet February 26, 2001 OSM AWARDS WEST VIRGINIA ADDITIONAL $245,859 TO ASSIST IN REGULATING SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is providing West Virginia with an additional $245,859 grant to help the state regulate the surface effects of coal mining.
