The 136th Annual Meeting of the American Public Health Association takes place October 25-29, 2008 in San Diego, CA. Advance Registration is now open.  The early-bird registration deadline has now passed and full registration fees are now in effect until September 22.

*Note: APHA policy stipulates that all presenters must be individual members of APHA to present their paper(s). In addition, session organizers, moderators, presiders, facilitators and presenters are required to pay the appropriate registration fee (either full conference or one day registration). One day registrations are available on site only.

Advance registration is recommended for your convenience and to avoid possible delays registering on site in San Diego. An early-bird discount is offered for registrations received by August 15, 2008. Full registration fees are in effect for registrations received between August 15 and September 22. Onsite fees are in effect after September 22.

Onsite Registration hours:

Onsite registration takes place in the Sails Pavilion at the San Diego Convention Center (111 West Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA), during the following hours:

• Saturday, 10/25/08 - 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Sunday, 10/26/08 - 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Monday, 10/27/08 - 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday, 10/28/08 - 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Wednesday, 10/29/08 - 7:30 am - 12:30 pm

Pre-registered attendees will be mailed their badges 3 weeks prior to the meeting and will need to pick up their programs and badge holders from the Program Pick Up counters in the Sails Pavilion. Be sure to bring your registration materials (and badge) with you to San Diego!

Your Annual Meeting registration entitles you to full access to the Annual Meeting, including 900 scientific sessions, poster sessions, the Public Health Expo, Everything APHA, Electronic Information Center, etc. Name badges will be checked at all sessions and events. No meals are included in the price of registration.
