Subject: New Address for the Office of Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance

The Office of Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (OFEGLI), where FEGLI claims are processed, has moved. Effective immediately, please send Part 2 of your Agency Certification of Insurance Status (SF 2821) to the new address. If you have recently sent material to OFEGLI at its old address, it will be forwarded to the new address.

The new OFEGLI address is:

You should send overnight mail deliveries ONLY (such as, FedEx) to:

2 Montgomery Street
Jersey City, NJ 07302-3802

You should still contact OFEGLI on (212) 578-2975. However, OFEGLI's fax number has changed to (201) 395-7950.

We have posted this information on the FEGLI web site and it has been issued to agency personnel offices under cover of BAL 01-205, dated February 15, 2001.
