Property Management (PM) System

Subcontractors with cost-type contracts are required to complete a Property Management System Self-Evaluation Questionnaire (PM System Form) every three years based upon Federal regulations cited in the subcontract. This office evaluates responses to the questionnaire and issues an approval or cites deficiencies to be addressed by the subcontractor.

Subcontractors alternatively may submit a copy of a PM System review and approval by another government agency that will be in effect for at least a year. 

Subcontractors who do not anticipate acquiring or possessing  government property may be exempted from the PM system review process by annually (or upon request) submitting a Negative Property Report as included on the Transmittal Form.
