Changes to Health Plans

These pages list significant events affecting enrollees in the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program . Choose a state from the listing below to see if you are affected by changes in your health benefits plan. These pages are designed primarily to describe certain changes being made in the health plans offered during Open Season, which is being held from November 11 through December 9, 2002. Changes listed include:
