Manual Requirement: Ensure that children in diapers or who are not toilet trained are not permitted in the public swimming pools and whirlpool spas.

Request: Variance to allow children in diapers in the "Baby Splash Zone" based on an isolated water system, increased supervision & training, sensors for the water system, filter change schedule, and coliform testing.
