The VFC/AFIX Evaluation module training will prepare you to use this software on your computer for inputting data for 2005 site visits

COURSE OVERVIEW

Goal
To teach participants how to successfully document VFC & AFIX site visits, the activities and outcomes of those visits, and produce a summary report using the VFC/AFIX Evaluation module of the CoCASA software.

Objectives
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be able to:
• Log on to the software
• Add provider information
• Set up a VFC Site Visit Questionnaire
• Create custom questions
• Enter visit information
• Complete Site Visit Questionnaire
• Run reports

Target Audience
VFC/AFIX Coordinators and/or staff who will document the VFC/AFIX activities for their respective programs in 2005.

Technical Information
What is Net Conferencing? Net conferencing is a real-time interactive training session accessed over the internet. Participants register and join the event from their computer workstation. Audio connections are provided through the telephone using a 1-800 number.

Event Archive
It’s best to attend the training at the designated time. For those who cannot attend, a recorded file of the presentation with audio will be available to view through Windows® Media Player after January 26, 2005
