High Cost Percentages for Region VIII

HUD adjusts the basic statutory mortgage limits for multifamily housing programs each calendar year. These adjustments are published yearly in the Federal Register. They are usually posted in late March.

To determine the maximum mortgage limits for multifamily housing programs, multiply the basic statutory mortgage limits by the high cost percentage for the county in your state.
