- To assist the U.S. government agencies within DHHS, to partner with and strengthen the capacities of Chinese government and non-government health institutions in the prevention of HIV transmission in China.
- Additional duties may include: e.g. working with he U.S. - China issues that relate to HIV/AIDS that may go beyond those addressed specifically by the CDC.
