SUBJECT: Request for Comments – Planning Guidance and Instructions for the Strategic State Plan and Planning Guidance for State Unified Plans, OMB No. 1205-0398

1. Purpose. To transmit a request for comment on a new Information Collection Requests (ICR), which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning the proposed State Planning Guidance and Instructions for Title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA) and the Wagner-Peyser Act and State Unified Plan Planning Guidance
for State Unified Plans and Unified Plan Modifications.
