Hi, For cardiac arrest notification and other emergencies, the phone operators send out a hospital wide notification over the public address system and simultaneously send out a page to a group via an automated process from their console machine. The complaint from the users is the page may not be received for 3-4 minutes after they hear the overhead announcement. Our paging provider states there is not a problem with the paging system here. Anyone using another method to pass information along to users, please contact Dave Krug at 810.257.9035 or e-mail at [log in to unmask] Thanks, Randy Hergenreder Hurley Medical Center
