  Five Capacity Building Areas
  Question
According to the Targeted Capacity Building program announcement, organizations must use the funds towards their organization's capacity-building in at least one of these five critical capacity areas: (1) Leadership (2) Organizational development (3) Programs/Services (4) Funding (5) Community Engagement. However, in the Evaluation Criteria under Objectives and Need for Assistance , Section (C) Applicant’s Capacity – Building Needs, it states that the needs of our organization must be described in relationship to the five critical areas of need. What if my project is only addressing one critical area of need? Do I still need to address the other four?
