Elizabeth Andrion is Deputy Chief of the Office of Strategic Planning
and Policy Analysis. She previously was a Vice President
of Legal Affairs for Fox Television Stations. She also served
as an advisor to then-Commissioner Kevin Martin, in private
practice representing telecom and energy companies before
the California Public Utilities Commission, as a Director
of Business Development at Accenture, and as the founder
of a media company which she launched for a group of venture
capitalists.
She has taught at UCLA and American University. She received a law degree from UC Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law, a master's degree from USC's Annenberg School for Communication, and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Rhetoric from UC Berkeley.
