available from this site, provides for the creation, submission and approval of the FAA
Major Repair and Alteration in an effort to save time and effort in service to Industry

To create and process an electronic FAA Form 337 you must be registered as a user with
the AVS eForm Service. To become registered, contact a local Flight Standards District
Office
(FSDO)
closest to you and request a user account to access electronic FAA Form 337. more...
You will need to present current FAA-issued certifications to verify you have the valid
credentials required to access the system. This may require making an appointment to visit
the FSDO.
