Dust over Arabian Sea
This true-color scene shows a heavy dust storm blowing along Pakistans southern coast and out over the Arabian Sea on December 14, 2003. The scene was acquired by the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS), flying aboard NASAs Terra satellite. The MODIS sensor aboard NASAs Aqua satellite also acquired this image over the same scene later that same day.
