Child Support Services Features
DHS offers numerous services to parents or legal guardians trying to obtain financial and medical support for their child or children. Our child support staff can help you locate a missing parent, establish paternity, obtain or modify court orders and enforce those orders. |
"What’s the Rush? " is a statewide effort to educate Tennessee’s youth about the legal, financial and social consequences of becoming teen parents. |
In order to utilize this service, you must have the Tennessee Child Support Enforcement System (TCSES) case number, the Social Security number and the name of the non-custodial parent (NCP) for whom you wish to make payment. |
To help simplify and expedite the disbursement of child support, DHS offers direct deposit of your child support payments. Also, the Tennessee Electronic Access Card, which is a VISA debit card, can be issued to you to access your child support payments. Click here to learn more about the debit card program. |
