Dr. Nicholas Bond
Dr. Bond studies air-sea interaction in the Bering Sea and Gulf of
Alaska. He is particularly interested in the relationships between
the large-scale and long-term variability of the atmospheric circulation
with the day-to-day weather that comprises the actual forcing of the
ocean. He is also investigating the effects of terrain on the weather
of the coastal zone, and its implications for the coastal ocean.
