The map of the Uinta National Forest has been divided into fifteen smaller sections. Hover your cursor over any section on the map or on the left menu to select an area before clicking. Motor Vehicle Use Map

Vehicle Use Map dated 09/01/2008
shows the National Forest System roads, National Forest
System trails, and the areas on National Forest System lands
in the Uinta National Forest that are designated for motor
vehicle use. The map contains a list of those designated
roads, trails, and areas that enumerates the types of vehicles
allowed on each route and in each area and any seasonal
restrictions that apply on those routes and in those areas.

The Forest Service has a wide variety of publications available to the
public. However, content, availability, and assortment can vary greatly
depending on many circumstances. It is best to contact your local forest
office or area of interest to determine what will be most appropriate
for your needs.
VISITOR MAPS
The Uinta National Forest offers a forest wide map, called a Forest Visitor
Map, that illustrates almost all of the recreation opportunities
on the National Forest. To obtain a Recreation Map, Visit the Public
Lands Information Center.

INTERAGENCY RECREATION TRAVEL MAPS
Interagency Recreation Travel Maps illustrate all the available motorized use routes
that are available on the forest. Unauthorized motorized use is
increasing on the Forest, to ensure your travel is on authorized
routes, please contact us for a Interagency Recreation Travel Map.

The United States Geological Survey provides reliable scientific information to describe and understand the Earth through maps and graphical representations. Timpanogos Reflections
This newspaper, published in conjunction with Timpanogos Cave National Monument, is distributed at the entrance stations at American Fork Canyon and Aspen Grove. Full of beautiful photos and a map of the area (page 8), it includes information on the history of the canyon, recommended activities for an hour or a day, and campground and picnic area sites and amenities.
