| Proposed Highway Division Rules |

All agency rulemaking notices are published by the Secretary of State in the Oregon Bulletin. Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) rules must be approved by the Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC) before they can be filed with the Secretary of State and become effective. Once the public comment period has closed, the department prepares the final rule text and submits it for OTC consideration. The date of the OTC meeting at which consideration is anticipated is listed below.

| Cultural, Historical and Viticultural Signs |
| House Bill 2273 added federally recognized viticultural areas as qualifying features. These rule amendments allow ODOT to erect signs identifying such features for the traveling public. |
| This rulemaking has been withdrawn and the public hearing scheduled for September 22, 2008 is cancelled. |
